This video shows interaction and Eric Wilcox (Deputy Director of the Eastern Region) gives a statement on behalf of the Eastern Regional Office with regard to their direction for MIN Tribal Leadership. As explained in the video, the Eastern Regions stance is in violation of 43 CFR 4.314 since the appeal being filed on September 7, 2023 was received by the Eastern Region, and pre-docketing notice was distributed on October 4, 2023 by the IBIA.

Here are the still frames pulled from the Zoom Only "meeting" conducted by the Branham Faction for their illegal swearing in ceremony. How could anyone take seriously individuals that cannot face the Monacan People if they were truly elected by over 400 people? There were 31 total participants to this Zoom, which included non Monacans Virgil Oxendine, and Robert L. Canida II. These individuals purport to have had 419 votes, but are hidden away with a sheet covering and flag for the background.
